Meet Attorney Nate Baber
Nate is deeply passionate about representing the “little guy” against powerful institutions – he has fought on their side his entire career. He has experience trying cases in both state and federal courts, arguments at the appellate courts, and at hearings at the workers compensation commission and other state agencies.
Nate believes that a lawyer’s main purpose is to stand in your corner, even when no one will, and make sure you have a fair fight against well-resourced opponents. Over the past decade, he has helped clients recover tens of millions of dollars in damages from a wide range of powerful organizations, including state agencies, corporations, insurance companies, hospitals, and churches.
Nate’s cases have been widely reported across the United States, especially with respect to his work on behalf of sex abuse victims. In addition, the Connecticut Legislature appointed him to the state’s Task Force to Study the Responsiveness of State Agencies and the Judicial Branch to Child Sexual Abuse.
